
Steve Guzek - General Manager Steve is an experienced pilot with over 21 years in the Air Force and an Airline Transport Pilot rating with a Citation 500 series type rating. He holds a bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Steve entered the Air Force after graduation from Pennsylvania State University. He gained a wide variety of flight experience as a Flight Test Engineer, was selected as a pilot candidate and subsequently held a variety of positions flying trainer and combat aircraft. His flight experience includes CE-500/550, A/T-38, F-117, F-111, and RF-4 aircraft. He has extensive experience managing jet aircraft training, dispatch, scheduling and maintenance. Outside the office he enjoys spending time with his family. Steve is responsible for continuing the company's growth and efficient management operations.
Richard Onysko - Flying Club Manager/Cirrus Instructor Richard began his aviation career flying gliders for fun while serving in the U.S. Army as a military linguist. After leaving the Army, he finished his degree in Aeronautical Science at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. Richard then returned to Texas, flight instructing for several years, before leaving again to see what life as a regional airline pilot would be like. Richard holds an Airline Transport Pilot’s license with a Beech 1900D type rating and currently enjoys managing and instructing for the Flightime Flying Club. Outside of work, he enjoys being able to spend time at home and to pursue his many other interests. Richard is responsible for making sure that everyone in the Flightime family enjoys flying the Cirrus as much as he does.
