FlighTime Flying Club :: Rentals

	All flight charges are due and payable upon completion of the flight.
	Pilots on auto-pay will have their credit cards billed within three days of each flight.
	Pilots on auto-pay are required to leave a security deposit and are expected to pay for the flight after its completion.
	Timely Payments
	Pilots who do not pay their bill in full within 30 days of the due date will be considered delinquent and will be subject to penalty charges and loss of rental privileges.
	Pilots with delinquent accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the un-paid balance (less any security deposit).
	Security Deposit
	Any pilot whose payment record is unsatisfactory may be required to put down a security deposit for each flight.

	Past Dues
	60 Days
	Accounts more than 60 days past due will be subject to a 15% late penalty of the total amount due
	90 Days
	Accounts more than 90 days past due are subject to termination of membership and/or legal action
	Pilot will be responsible for all costs incurred in the collection process.
