Pilots are expected to exercise caution when starting, or operating aircraft near other aircraft, vehicles, or people. |

Pilots must taxi the FlighTime Flying Club aircraft slowly at all times. |

Taxi speed should not exceed a speed that will prohibit the aircraft from making a complete stop on the ramp area, any airport, or in the case of loss of brakes. |

Briefing |
|
Pilots and passengers must be briefed by FlighTime Flying Club before every flight and must use all restraining devices provided in the aircraft during takeoffs and landings. |
 |
Operation on dirt, sod, or gravel runways |
|
Operation on dirt, sod, or gravel runways – or at any airport not listed in the Airport/Facility Directory is strictly prohibited without General Manager, or Chief Pilot approval |
|
- It is the responsibility of the pilot to obtain proper permission from the airport operator/owner prior to using any restricted or private use airport.
- Aircraft operations on gravel or other non-paved areas are to be taken with the utmost care for the aircraft and surroundings.
- Pilots will be held accountable for the total cost of any damage caused by off-pavement operations. (i.e. propeller, paint, etc.)

Flighty Plans |
|
Pilots are strongly recommended to file a flight plan with the local Flight Service Station for all flights over 100 Nautical Miles. |

Foreign airspace/country |
|
Pilots will not be allowed to fly any Club aircraft into foreign airspace/country without approval for the General Manager and the Chief Pilot. |
 |
Aircraft Keys |
|
Pilots are expected to return the aircraft keys and the key-book to FlighTime Flying Club at the scheduled return time. Any pilot unable to return the key and key-book on time must inform the FlighTime Flying Club office.

- Repeated lateness (more that 2 incidents), other than that caused by weather or mechanical delays may be subject to penalty charges.

Operation Limitations |
|
Pilots are expected to conduct their flight operations in a manner that allows normal climb, cruises, and descents consistent with careful and considerate operation of the aircraft. No pilot may exceed the operating limitations of the aircraft except during an emergency |

Aircraft Shutdown |
|
Pilot is responsible for properly securing and shutting down aircraft at the end of each flight. The aircraft ignition and master switch must be turned off. Failure to turn the master switch off may result in additional charges. |

Pilots may not use the FlighTime Flying Club aircraft for commercial use. |
