All pilots must be current with all training and must be in good standing with FlighTime Flying Club. |

Security deposit. |

If the proposed flight incurs aircraft charges of $400 or more, the pilot may be required to make a security deposit. |
|
Each pilot is required to record aircraft usage on the aircraft flight log. |
|
The entry must include the pilot’s name, date, time of use, destination, and beginning and ending Hobbs and flight meter reading. |
|
- When entering ending time, if the lowest meter digit has begun to move, the next higher number must be used.
- If a pilot encounters a discrepancy between the previous log entry and the current Hobbs, or flight meter reading, it must be reported to the office prior to engine start. If the discrepancy is not reported prior to engine start, the pilot may be charged for the entire time.
