Fuel Refund Policy If during a flight you pay for any fuel put into the aircraft, FlighTime Flying Club will refund to you only at the FlighTime Flying Club cost. In order to receive a refund all fuel tickets must be turned into FlighTime Flying Club in a timely manner. Any fuel refund request 30 day after your flight will be void.
