Minimums Determining Your Specific Needs |

Pilots may schedule the aircraft by visiting, or calling the FlighTime Flying Club office during normal business hours, making reservations via e-mail, or visiting the FlighTime Flying Club website. All Pilots must request a reservation and must receive a confirmation from FlighTime Flying Club. |

2 hours of flight time during the weekdays. (Mon-Fri, excluding Holidays) 3 hours of flight time on weekends including observed holidays. (Sat- Sun including Holidays) |

Pilots will be allowed to schedule trips up one year in advance with no scheduling limitations. |

- Observed Holidays include: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day

Holiday scheduling is on a first come first serve basis. |

Pilots who are not current, or checked out for the aircraft will not be allowed to reserve the aircraft for solo flights. |

Pilots must notify FlighTime Flying Club if late |

If you will be more than 30 minutes late for your aircraft reservation. Failure to notify FlighTime Flying Club within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may result in release of the aircraft to another pilot. |
