Scheduling

Scheduling is handled on a first-come first-serve basis with a few rules to ensure equitable availability. You can schedule your Cirrus through the FlighTime Flying Club website or by calling the FlighTime office up to a one year in advance. Your flying hour level is 70 hours within a 12 month period per one-eighth share. Once you have reached your flying hour level, you can no longer schedule flights in advance. However, you will always be able to fly the aircraft locally if it is not otherwise scheduled, but you may be charged an additional surcharge.
Holiday Scheduling

FlighTime Flying Club members bid for one of the eight holidays each year.  Owners bid in the order in which they purchased their share in the FlighTime Flying Club aircraft.  The next year's holiday bid will begin with the second owner to purchase share, etc.  Holiday scheduling applies to New Year's Day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.  A member owning more than one-eighth share chooses the appropriate share of Holidays in a single bid.
